About Us
New!Com Audio Video Systems was formed in 1997 by Matt Jantos, Eugene Jantos and Bill McQuade. During a trip to the annual Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, they met with representatives from DirecTV, Dish Network and HughesNet to become a certified installer for satellite video systems in the central and northern New Jersey market. Over the years these satellite systems have provided solutions for such clients as NJ Cure, Rutgers University, the State of NJ and even the White House during a presidential visit back in 2002.
In the early 2000's, working hand in hand with satellite data systems, New!Com targeted computer servicing for residential and small business clients. This included wired and wireless data networks, computer system design, maintenance and service. Providing quick, responsive and on time service calls we have built up a trusted and loyal customer base who calls upon New!Com to solve computer issues, system breakdowns, viruses, hardware, software, and data loss.
In 2004 we partnered with several builders to provide low voltage wiring solutions for custom built homes. This included rough wiring for TV, phone, network, intercom and a/v systems. This wiring provided the necessary backbone for the audio video components which would connect to them. Working with designers, contractors and homeowners we created lavish yet easy to use home theater, multi-media and control systems.
Under the ownership of Matt Jantos, NewCom Audio Video Systems looks forward to the future. Providing system solutions, managing the technology changes, and providing value, security and peace of mind for years to come.

Initial Consultation
The initial meeting with the client is a critical step to get the project off to the right foot. An understanding of the size and scope of the job is observed and measurements are taken. This walk-through and discussion establishes goals, timelines and expectations between all parties.
System Design
The most important part of the project is a detailed and thorough system design. This includes multiple revisions, adjustments and changes before any agreement is made. We adhere to a "measure twice cut once" ideology when it comes to our work. A proper system design makes sure components, costs and schedules are correct.
On-Site Installation
We cover all phases of the on-site work, including infrastructure, rough wiring, faceplates, trim out, and component installation. Done in a timely manner, we make sure this stage is completed as designed, and the "go live" portion of the system runs smoothly. This includes working with fellow contractors and the client.
The Finishing Touches
The first impression is always seen as the most important, however our true work begins AFTER the project is complete. Fine tuning, adjustments, customer orientation and a solid service warranty ensures the work is correct and the experience exceeds expectations. We provide follow up maintenance and yearly service updating as part of our pledge to make sure the system works for years to come.
